• Description:
• The purpose of this public procurement is to provide, manage the quality and security of services for conducting conversations from places of deprivation of liberty for the needs of the DP FPD. Requirements for the execution of the public procurement: • The performance of the order includes the provision of transmission of voice and facsimile messages through Voice over IP (VoIP) technology in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications in the country and abroad; • The contractor of the public procurement should have a public a fixed telephone network with national coverage under its administrative and technical management. • The execution of the order must provide an opportunity to make incoming and outgoing voice telephone and fax calls from and to end users of all national, terrestrial and other national fixed networks. • To ensure full connectivity of users to other networks in the country and abroad - fixed and mobile. • The public procurement contractor must have a management system and delivery tracking, which will apply when the order is fulfilled. • The public procurement contractor should provide in both centers services for conducting calls with a minimum capacity of 700 simultaneous calls using the SIP protocol (the addresses of the locations are attached in Table #1).
