- The subject of the public procurement includes provision of maintenance services and delivery of spare components under two separate positions: Separate position No. 1: "Subscription support of technical means that support a national database /NBD/ "Population" for the needs of the Main Directorate "Civil Registration and Administrative Services" (DG GRAO)" - including the following activities: Activity 1 - Hardware and software support of equipment from a manufacturer described in Table 1 of the Technical Specification for the designated position. Activity 2: Provision of subscription service for the equipment described in Table 2 of the Technical Specification for the specific item. Activity 3: Maintenance of equipment and purchase and replacement of defective parts at necessity of the technique described in Table 3 of the Technical Specification for the specific item. The requirements of the Contracting Authority for the implementation are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority under separate item 1 - Appendix 1.1.
