• The subject of the public procurement includes delivery and warranty (service) service of one passenger car (minibus, van) of category M1 or M1G. The warranty period of the car is as follows: Warranty period of the car from the appearance of factory defects, including automotive lighting bulbs/modules - not less than 5 years or not less than 120,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand) kilometers of mileage - depending on which circumstance occurred earlier, counted from the date of signing the transfer agreement protocol signed by representatives of the Employer and the Contractor. Warranty period of all varnish and paint coatings - not less than 5 years, starting from the date of signing of the acceptance-handover protocol, signed by representatives of the Contracting Authority and The performer.
