- The subject of the order includes services for securing plane tickets after reservations made by the Contracting Authority, organizing hotel accommodation for destinations specified by the Contracting Authority, providing medical insurance for travelers, as well as other accompanying activities.ruchka is announced in connection with the commitments of the NHIF under Art. 8, para. 1 of Ordinance No. 2/27.03.2019 on medical and other services under Art. 82, para. 1a and para. 3 of the Law on health and on the terms and conditions for their approval, use and payment.engagement, organization of hotel accommodation and provision of medical insurance for the needs of the NHIF"
1. During the performance of the public procurement for the duration of the contract or until the estimated value of the procurement is reached, the Contractor should provide air tickets for the transportation of passengers and luggagein the country and abroad, and reservations and hotel accommodation in the country and abroad, within the working hours of the Contracting Authority - from 09:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. If necessary, the contractor provides the opportunity to accept and fulfill requests at any time on around the clock, including after-hours, onweekends and holidays.
2. In Appendix No. 2 to the documentation of the public procurement, the main travel destinations are indicated, which are for the needs of evaluation of the offers, and they do not limit the right of the Contracting Authority to request plane tickets for other destinations as well.
