Description:
The following main types of activities are included in the scope of the order: provision of full service for the printing, copying and scanning equipment provided by the contractor, including monitoring, access control, adding and moving devices, training users to benefitprovision of services, supply of consumables and recycling of consumables, audit of the printing medium with a view to tracking its effective use by the contracting authority and other activities, according to the requirements of the Technical Specifications for the execution of the order. The devices are as follows:
TYPE 1 monochrome laser or ice multifunction device A4 - 7 pieces
TYPE 2 - monochrome laser or ice multifunction device A3 - 22 pieces
TYPE 3 - color multifunction device A3 - 8 pieces.
