Subject of assignment with this order is: "Provision of rental equipment for printing, copying, scanning and faxing in the structure of the Customs Agency and development and implementation of the institutional architecture of the Customs Agency in terms of a digital archive system (DAS)". The subject and the scope of the public procurement includes the implementation of the following activities: 1. Main activity 1: "Provision of rental equipment for printing, copying, scanning and faxing within the structure of the Customs Agency." During the execution of the activity, it will perform: a) Provision of the quantities of devices described in the Technical Specification - Table No. 1 to meet the needs of the structure of the "Customs" Agency for printing, copying, scanning and sending/receiving fax without limit in volumes documents that will be generated during the period for which the devices are rented. The amounts contained in Table No. 1 are indicative (forecast) and may change at discretion and depending on the specific needs of The Employer, as the Employer may not order all the announced quantities or request more than the estimated number for all or any of the types of devices within the term of execution of this Contract; b) Provision of a hardware-software solution for monitoring, analytics and reporting; c) Initial distribution and delivery of devices, as described in "Distribution of devices by location" - Appendix No. 1 to...
