• The purpose of the order is to provide round-the-clock physical security in the administrative building of the National Institute of Higher Education - Vratsa, "Hristo Botev" square No. 1, and to provide daytime physical security, video surveillance and access control and security with security guards at night, on weekends and holidays of the building of Unified insurance archive at the National Insurance Institute - Vratsa, located in the city of Vratsa, 59 "Mito Orozov" Blvd., and the grounds adjacent to the buildings to prevent illegal entry, behavior and actions, as a result of which property damage would occur and/or life-related risks would occur and the health of individuals (employees, visitors) located on the territory of the administrative buildings and their adjacent grounds.
