• Description:
• The public procurement includes the following activities: 1) acceptance of about 6,500.00 (six thousand five hundred) tons/year generated on the territory of the Municipality of Dolni Chiflik. mixed household non-hazardous waste as well as about 100.00 (one hundred) tons/year. non-recyclable waste, on a site with a built and accordingly put into operation installation for mechanical-biological treatment of waste, owned by the Contractor; 2) waste processing in a separation plant to separate recyclables and suitable for other utilization waste; 3) delivery of separated and processed waste for utilization (including recycling, other utilization); 4) biological treatment of the separated organic fraction from the mixed household waste, as well as their transfer for subsequent utilization, thereby aiming to fulfill the objectives of the Municipality of Dolni Chiflik under Art. 31 of the ZUO. The contracting authority determines the technical specifications in accordance with Art. 48, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable normative acts in the relevant area.
