• Description:
• The activities of preliminary treatment of mixed household waste, the subject of this public procurement, include: • Separation of recyclable fractions (paper and cardboard, plastics, metals and others) from the mixed household waste stream and their transfer to subsequent recovery/recycling; • Separation of the biodegradable organic fraction from the mixed household waste stream; • Separation of inert fraction (finger, minerals, eg sand, stones) and its transfer for utilization or disposal. • Separation of a high-calorie fraction of the mixed household waste stream; • Shredding of the separated high-calorie fraction from the mixed household waste stream and the remaining non-recyclable fraction from containers for the separate collection of packaging waste for the production of fuel from waste (modified fuel) and its transfer for recovery; • Biological treatment (aerobic stabilization/anaerobic treatment) of the separated biodegradable organic fraction from the mixed household waste stream.; • Baling (when applicable) and temporary storage of separated waste. • Transportation and delivery for the recovery of the generated waste and/or for the disposal of the non-recyclable waste, after the preliminary treatment. The annual amount of mixed household waste, which is expected to be generated by the living, commercial, industrial and other activities of the residents and residents of the municipality, is about 2,800 (two thousand and eight hundred) tons.
