• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is "Provision of software licenses and services for the provision of BSMS short messages via a WEB interface for 2 (two) separate positions", as follows: Separate item 1: "Provision of licenses for the right to use and VMware virtualization software support for the needs of the National Revenue Agency (NRA)'; Separate position 2: "Provision of short business messages (Business Short Message Service (BSMS), through a WEB interface within the framework of electronic communications networks in the country for the needs of the National Insurance Institute (NII)". Bids shall be submitted only under Special Item No. 1. Separate position No. 2 will be assigned in the order valid for its respective individual value in connection with Art. 21, para. 6 of the ZOP - through the method direct assignment, on the basis of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Civil Code. Participants should not submit bids under Special Position No. 2! The subject of Specific item No. 1 is the provision of licenses for the right to use and support VMware virtualization software for the needs of the National Revenue Agency (NRA), as follows - Virtualization software - "VMware vSphere Foundation 8", amount of 256 cores, with guaranteed right of use and support for a period of 36 months. *** With regard to Separate Item No. 1 - c in case the participant is not a manufacturer, he should be duly authorized by the manufacturer or his official representative for the right to supply/distribute the described software products in the territory...
