- The transport service is an occasional transport of passengers in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements, including The Road Transport Act (RAA), the Road Traffic Act (RAT) and Ordinance No. 33 for public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria (Ordinance No. 33),at the request of the Contracting Authority with vehicles provided by the Contractor. Six main routes are defined, along which transport will be applied for, but it is possible to assign random transport outside the defined main routes.
