• Description:
• The subject of this order is the provision, washing and disinfection of hospital linen and work clothes for the needs of the "NCB" EAD Hospital, Sofia base, Konyovitsa St. No. 65 and Bankya base, Sheynovo St. No. 6. The current public procurement is a reserved procurement under the meaning of Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code, in conjunction with item 118 of the List of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the ZOP, representing an Appendix to item 1 of Decision No. 591 of the Council of Ministers of 18.07.2016 for determining the List of goods and services under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 from the Law on Public Procurement. The execution of the order should be carried out in accordance with the Technical Specification described in item II of section I of the participation documentation, which is an integral part of it.​​​​​​ Reasons for the impossibility of division of the order into separate items: The order is not divided into separate items given the specific nature of the service, including: organization of submission as needed and of daily orders and, accordingly, acceptance and distribution of supplies and the need to control compliance with specific hospital hygiene and anti-epidemic rules.
