- "Public transportation of passengers on bus lines from interregional, regional and municipal transport schemes, according to approved route timetables from the quota of the Municipality of Pleven", according to the following positions:
Position No. 1: "Pleven - Slavyanovo", "Pleven - Kurtozabene"
Position #2: "Pleven - Teteven", "Pleven - Riben"
Ithe fulfillment of the subject of the public procurement should be carried out in full accordance with the routes and timetables of the bus lines of the inter-regional, regional and municipal transport schemes, described in detail by routes and time distribution in Section II of the Technical Specificationication.
The total mileage for the term of the contract on the specified bus lines is 1,286,730 km.
The term for the implementation of the contract for each position is 60 months.
Payment is made through compensation according to the Ordinance on the Terms and Procedure for Providing Compensation Funds of the reduced revenues fromthe application of prices for public passenger transport by road, provided for in the normative acts for certain categories of passengers, for subsidizing public passenger transport on unprofitable bus lines in intra-city transport and transport in mountainous and other areas, and hand issuing transport documents for carrying out the transports.
In return for the transport service provided, it is envisaged that the contractor will receive funds for:
- Compensation of the transporter for reduced revenues from the application of price reductions for public passenger transport by road transport,... - Documents :
