- The subject of the public procurement is the provision of "Performance of public transport of passengers according to established timetables of bus lines from the municipal transport scheme of the municipality of Popovo".
The participants in this public procurement should perform the bus routes assigned to them and timetables in accordance with the requirements of the Road Transport Act, the Road Traffic Act, the by-laws issued based on them, and the agreements reached with the Contracting Authority.
Transports on bus lines (route timetables) are carried out with technically sound vehicles buses of the participant, as the latter has main and spare buses for the execution of the public order.
For the implementation of this public procurement, the participant must have a minimum of 8 buses: 6 main buses, of which 2 are for the transport of persons with reduced mobility and 2 are spare.
By conducting this public procurement is aimed at awarding the performance of public transport of passengers under a municipal transport scheme, adopted by Decision No. 42 under Protocol No. 5 of 30.01.2020 of the Municipal Council - Popovo, amended by Decision No. 130 under Protocol No. 14 of 17.12.2020 of the Municipal Council - Popovo.
