• The subject of the public procurement is the scope of the following activities: delivery of 2 pieces of nuclear magnetic resonance (medical equipment) for the needs of centers for interventional diagnostics and endovascular treatment in "St. Georgi" UMBAL EAD, the city of Plovdiv and UMBAL "Dr. Georgi Stranski" EAD, Pleven; assembly (including calibration if applicable and relevant test supplies) and installation; commissioning of the delivered medical equipment; training to work with the delivered medical apparatus; warranty maintenance of the delivered medical equipment; The warranty period and the warranty maintenance period of the delivered medical equipment is a minimum of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of the protocol for introduction into exploitation. The warranty period proposed by a participant in the procedure cannot be shorter than that announced by the manufacturer. The contractor shall provide, through the proposed service specialists/service engineers, warranty maintenance of medical equipment. The contractor is obliged to send the qualified representatives (service specialists/service engineers) to the location to ascertain and identify the damage with a maximum response time of up to 48 hours from receiving the complaint message from the Employer or by a representative of the user structure.
