Description:
The present public procurement includes the delivery of 1 piece of used passenger car / vehicle /-for the needs of the Hospital "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD Sliven, in accordance with the regulatory framework and good practices in the respective area and in accordance with the requirements of the notice of the notice of The present documentation for participation. The car must be manufactured not earlier since 2019. Used, category M2, determined in Art. 149, para. 1 of the Road Traffic Act, as well as for services under Annex No. 21 and for services for transportation on bus lines in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, and meet the criteria for clean vehicles for traffic on European roads and regulation (EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 of EU or equivalent technical standards. Used passenger car must meet all operating normative documents of Bulgarian legislation, European directives, regulations and rules at the date of delivery.
