- "Purchase and delivery of an electric vehicle and purchase and installation of an electric vehicle charging station", in two separate items OP 1 - Purchase and delivery of 1 unit, factory new, unused electric car, equipped according to Art. 139 of the Road Traffic Act, accompanied by the necessary documents for its registration, a service book, and provision of warranty maintenance and registration of the car at the Traffic Police; OP 2 - Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 pc. a charging station for recharging electric vehicles with a minimum power of 22 kW at a place specified by the contracting authority in the city of Shumen, together with operating instructions and guarantee maintenance The procedure meets the need for modernization and decarbonization of the vehicle fleet used in the provision of social services in the municipality. The aim of this investment is to increase energy efficiency, reduce energy dependency and improve operational sustainability in the social services sector. This will result to reducing dependence on fossil fuels, promoting renewable energy production and supporting the transition to clean mobility in line with the REPowerEU Plan, the European Solar Strategy and the EU Green Deal. The electric car is intended for the provision of social services in the Municipality of Shumen, to support the elderly and people with disabilities on the territory of the Municipality.
