- The subject of a public procurement is a supply carried out through the purchase and sale of electrical energy at freely agreed prices by the coordinator of a balancing group in accordance with ZE and the Rules for trading in electrical energy.
The current public procurement is for the award of the supply of electric energy at the point of measurement at freely agreed prices according to Art. 92, Art. 96a, Art. 100, Art. 101, Art. 102 and Art. 103 of the Energy Act (E) and the Rules for Trading in Electric Energy to supply the users specified in the public procurement documentation from the low and medium grid tension.
The place of Delivery of net electrical energy is as specified in Appendix 6.
Volume of the public order: Total volume of the order 3000 MWh net electric energy for the entire term of of the contract 12 (twelve) months, determined on the basis of previous consumption of the Contracting Authority.
