- The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery, warranty service and maintenance of an infrared Fourier spectrometer, necessary for the work of the chemical laboratory in the BNTL sector at ODMVR-Pleven, to expand the activity of the laboratory to carry out specific analyzes of synthetic narcotic substances detected after inspection of motor vehicle drivers, as well as training of at least 3 employees, within 2 days, within 3 working days after signing the protocol for commissioning the delivered equipment
Purchase of a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer with ATR attachment
The equipment must fully meet the requirements of the Technical Specification.
1. The supplied equipment must be new, unused and must be on the manufacturer's production list in the year of submission of the participant's offer and/or the previous calendar year, with parameters identical to or better than the minimum requirements of the Employer specified in the technical specification.
2. They should be applied upon delivery the following documents:
- a set of technical documentation on paper or electronic media in Bulgarian for the delivered laboratory equipment. The technical one documentation must contain: Technical description; instruction/guide for use.;
- Document (certificate, declaration, etc.) for quality and origin, issued by and accompanied by a translation into Bulgarian, in case it is in a foreign language or with another document proving the conformity of the equipment... - Documents:
