Description: Currently, horizontal systems from the single model for requesting, paying and providing electronic administrative services (EAU) in the event notification section using the SMS notification service. Major consumers of this service are the systems: e-service, e-payment and e-authentication. After the upgrading of these systems, a multiple increase in the consumption of SMS notifications is expected. Following the trends of new communication technologies to receive messages except with text, as well as including picture, buttons, link, stickers, emoticons and video as an alternative notification channel, VIBER should also be used.
The purpose of the public procurement is to provide a Mobile Mobile SMS package with the ability to send Viber notification for a 24-month period or to reach the maximum total value of the order that circumstances occur at first.
