The execution of the order covers:
1. Design and production of hospital elevator system
2. Dismantling the existing elevator system;
3. Delivery of one piece of newHospital elevator;
4. Installation/installation of the delivered new elevator system;
5. Checks, tests and all other conformity assessment and verification activities and commissioning of the new elevator system.
6. Warranty maintenanceand service. Advance payment of 30% to 10 / ten / business daysAfter signing the contract and presentation of an invoice issued by the contractor.
2. Intermediate payment of 50% to 10 / ten / working days upon delivery of the entire elevator system after submission of the following documents:
- acceptance and delivery protocol for the delivery of the elevator
- presentation by a partyof the contractor of the documents necessary for the registration of the elevator in accordance with Art. 20, para. 3, item 2, item 3, and item 7 of the Ordinance on the Safe Operations and the Technical Supervision of lifts in duplicate of the contracting authority;
