Description: The agreement consists of converting the existing town hall to the house for society. The assignment is subdivided into the following plots: Lot 1: Architectural work. This concerns demolition work on the existing building and structural realization of the new classification. This is also included in the delivery and application of window frames and glazing, supplying and applying facade insulation and delivery and installation of roof insulation, ceilings not being climate ceilings and roofing; plot 2: electrotechnical work. This concerns all necessary electrotechnical work including O.A. supplying and applying lighting and the weak strip installations. Plot 3: Mechanical work. This concerns all necessary mechanical work, including the supply and application of climate ceilings and a heat-cold storage. Although the three parcels mentioned separately from each other, a definitive award of each plot will only take place as for each of the individual parcel agreement has been reached with the winning contractor.
