• Description:
• The subject of this public procurement is the reconstruction and major repair of a building of the Ministry of the Interior, Sofia, 9 "Parensov" street, in a land property with identifier under KKKR 68134.103.34. Construction is tied for fifth category, according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 5, letter "a" - "residential and mixed low-rise buildings, cottage buildings, buildings and facilities for public services with a built-up area of up to 1000 sq. m. or with a capacity of up to 100 places for visitors" from the Law on Territorial Planning and Art. 10, para. 1, Item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 of July 30 2003 of MRRB for the nomenclature of construction types, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and the public works or equivalent category for foreign participants of the Regulations on the order of entry and leading of the central professional register of the builder). The construction and installation works for the reconstruction and major repair of the building of the Ministry of the Interior are according to approvals investment work project "Reconstruction and overhaul of the building of the Ministry of the Interior, Sofia, str.
