• The subject of the public procurement includes: reconstruction and reconstruction of a hostel building № 1 at
  Academy of the Ministry of Interior, Sofia, 1 Al. Malinov Blvd. of the following sub -projects: 1. "Dormitory # 1 at the Academy of
  Ministry of Interior"; 2. "Physical Cultural Salon and a warm connection to the dormitory # 1 at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior". The constructionis equated to
  third category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "c" of the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT) and Art. 6, para. 3, item 4
  of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of the types of construction. A permit for
  construction No. 1017/11.07.2024 is issued for the site
  Sub -project"Dormitory # 1 at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior" is a five -storey massive building with a ZP: 936 sq.m.ZP: 260 sq.m. In 1975, the warm connection was
  between the hostel and a gym. Salon - one -storey massive building with area: 110 sq.m., built in 1975.
