• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes: reconstruction and reconstruction of a hostel building № 1 at
  Academy of the Ministry of Interior, Sofia, 1 Al. Malinov Blvd. of the following sub -projects: 1. "Dormitory # 1 at the Academy of
  Ministry of Interior"; 2. "Physical Cultural Salon and a warm connection to the dormitory # 1 at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior". The constructionis equated to
  third category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "c" of the Law on Spatial Planning (ZUT) and Art. 6, para. 3, item 4
  of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of the types of construction. The site has been issued for
  construction No. 1017/11.07.2024.1 at the Academy of the Ministry of the Interior "is a five -storey massive building with a basement with ZP: 956,54 sq.m., total area: 5673,28 sq.m. 1 at the AMWR provides for implementationof the following
  construction works:
  1. 1. Regarding the sub -project "Dormitory # 1 at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior":
  1.1.1. Part "Architectural" includes: performing dismantling works; Making plasters, screeds and treatments
  by rooms; Complete repair and insulation of the roofs of the building; performing facade treatments; delivery
  and installation of internal and external windows;
  1.1.2. Part "Structural": carrying out dismantling works; performing earth, formwork, concrete and
  reinforcement works; activities by metal structure;
