• Description:
• Villa zone Zelin is located in the immediate vicinity of the town of Botevgrad - south of it. The predominant development is below the level of the Hemus motorway, but the area extends above it. The natural features (relief, forest vegetation, etc.), communication (transport connections) and the proximity to the capital justify the high interest in building single-family residential buildings in the area. Zelin is supplied with water from several water sources (river catchments): "Mechata Dolina" catchment, "Stublensko" catchment on Zelinska Reka and catchment of Echemishka Reka, located between Zhenska Polyana and Gumnishta (Bukanin Dol). The waters from "Mechata Dolina" enter the NR at an elevation of 580 m, and the waters from "Stublensko" and "Echemishka" enter the NR Zelin (V=2x150m3) at an elevation of 525 m. during the dry period, the Zelin network is also supplied with water from the extended water supply system from the Bebresh dam. A pumping station with a collection tank was built at an elevation of 420 m, which increases the pressure of the external supply water pipe during this period. The existing one network does not supply all properties and at the same time cannot satisfy the needs of already connected consumers. The large difference in the minimum and maximum altitude in the settlement suggests water supply to separate areas by pressure, but such are not separated and the necessary independent power supplies are not provided for them. Fire hydrants - DN 80 - above ground are planned, which are located no more than 150 m apart. All PCs should be equipped...
