- The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the construction works "Reconstruction of Buildings - Shop 2 and Shop 3, without changing the elevation ridge, port terminal Varna - East".
The investment project includes the following parts: architectural, constructive, technological, electric, plumbing, Geodetic, PB, PBZ, PUSO.
The site has been issued for a building permit RS-65/18.08.2020, which describes two stages:
Stage 1 - Reconstruction of Store No. 3 (with identifier 1035.1510.10.53) and installation of installation under Art. 14, para. 1 of the SPA;
Stage 2 - Reconstruction of Store No. 2 (with ID 1035.1510.10.54 and 1035.1510.10.55).
Built -up area of store 3: 2480 m2;
Required area for installation of an auto unloading, elevator tower, control cabin and load -bearing elements for transport section: 95.4 m2.
This project aims to offer technical Decision on mechanized admission of grain in existing stores No. 2 and No. 3 at the port terminal Varna East with maximum compliance with the existing construction of the property- an existing elevation was to achieve a project capacity q = 200.0t/hour.
