- The object of the order is "construction" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code. 3.2. The subject of the present procedure is: "Reconstruction of internal water supply and sewerage network on 20th April street, Strelcha town, Strelcha municipality" General code glossary of terms (CPV): 45000000 - Construction and installation works 45231300 - Construction and assembly works for the general construction of portable water pipes and sewerage The requirements of the Employer are described in the attached "Technical Specification". For the site there are issued Building Permit No. 4 dated 18.02.2025 to the Chief Architect of Strelcha Municipality. Object category: the object is fourth group, third category according to Art. 137 of ZUT. Technical description of the project: In the longitudinal profiles, the depth of the excavations is determined by the elevation project level, to ensure the necessary coverage of the water pipe according to the norms. At all intersections where water pipes have been replaced, the connection to them has been made. On those with existing AC or steel water pipes are provided waiting connections with SC. The water pipeline under this project falls in the high zone of the water supply network of the town of Strelcha. At the deviations in the intersections from the new water pipelines, it is planned to install new SCs, with protective gaskets, on which it is planned strengthening. All shut-off valves and connecting flanges for them are designed for working pressure Р = 1.0 MPa (10 atmospheres).
