- Conducting construction and installation works for the reconstruction, major repairs and maintenance of a road and street network and the facilities thereto on the territory of Targovishte Municipality in the event of a need, are as follows:
Reconstruction of the road and street network and the facilities to them on the territoryof Targovishte Municipality;Materials and Products in accordance with Ordinance No. RD-02-20-1 of February 5, 2015 on the conditions and procedure for investment in construction products in the construction of the Republic of Bulgaria;
carrying out the necessary tests and laboratory tests;
Remediation of manifestations during the warranty period,determined by the contract for the award of the public procurement.
