The subject of the present procedure is: "Reconstruction of the water supply network of the town of Strelcha, Subdivision Lot 2-Sveta Gora Street" from street 270 to street 283, Yazovirna Street from street 283 to point 284 and "M. Drinov" street from point 256-2 to point 286".
The object of the order is "construction" within the meaning of art. 3, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code.
For the site "Reconstruction of the water supply network of the town of Strelcha, Sub-site Lot 2 - St. Gora" from the o.t. 270 to point 283, Yazovirna St. from point 283 to o.t. 284 and street "M. Drinov" by o.t. 256-2 to ot.286" has been issued Construction Permit No. 32 of 17.07.2017 by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Strelcha.
