With the current awarding procedure, the selection of a contractor should be ensured, through which a complete, complex solution to an infrastructure issue for the object of the public procurement can be achieved, namely - . It is necessary to improve the transport and operational qualities of the pavement, in order to improve the conditions for safe operation of the road and to ensure the necessary carrying capacity and drainage of poverkhnost waters. The section from km 3 440 to km 8 147 is located outside a populated area, crossing a railway line at km 3 848 and having a bridge facility at 3 980.
