• Scope of the public procurement:
  The current public procurement includes the rehabilitation of road PDV 1230 in the section from km 0+000 to km 4+635. The project is divided into three sections (Subsites) as follows:
  Subsite 1: section 1 from km 0+552 to km 1+913;
  Subsite 2: section 2 from km 1+913 to km 3+274;
  Subobject 3: section 3 from km 3+274 to km 4+635.
  The road is the main thoroughfare for the residents of the village of Otets Kirilovo and the village of Drangovo to the regional city of Plovdiv and provides a connection to properties with different purposes - single-family residential buildings, farms, etc. To determine the condition rating on the existing construction of the roadway, a visual inspection of the route was carried out. Along the entire length of the section, the existing pavement has exceeded its useful life, and even most places lack a good asphalt coating. The surface has pronounced multiple subsidence and is compromised basis. From the inspection and according to the "Technical Rules and Requirements for Road Maintenance", specifically in the "Methodology for Measuring and Assessing Damage to the Road Surface" from 1986, the following conclusions were made about the existing condition of the road surface in relation to its damage:
  - Bad drainage and penetration of surface water into the road base;
  - The road structure has exceeded its service life;
  - Insufficient preventive maintenance during operation.
