- The subject of the public procurement includes the renewal of hardware and software support for equipment of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF), detailed in Table 1 of the technical specification of the contracting authority - Annex No 1, with maintenance parameters - the possibility of registeringof incidents on the manufacturer's website, for downloading updates from the manufacturer's website, for on -site hardware support and replacing a defective component.

The deadline for ensuring the hardware and software support of the equipment described in Table # 1 of the technical specification is up to 10 working days from the date of entry into force of the contract.
