Renewal of licenses for software and hardware systems, upgrade, expansion and technical maintenance of information and communication systems and cyber security systems at "Maritsa East 2 TPP" EAD, according to the Terms of Reference - Appendix No. 1. The technical assignment includes renewal of licenses, hardware and manufacturer software support, technical service, provision of quality professional services covering all systems listed in this document, upgrade, expansion, preparation and maintenance of documentation on the subject of the contract (including instructions for operating the systems, inventory of information assets and configured system parameters), monitoring, analysis, reconfiguration, updating, delivery, installation, implementation, LAN and WAN optimization, technical and service support of information and communication systems and cyber security systems of TEP Maritsa East 2 EAD, including expert and system assistance and professional consultations.
