- The public procurement includes a renewal of 800 (eight hundred) number of software licenses against the expiration of official information Safetica Enterprise for a period of 36 (thirty -six) months. For the validity period, licenses should provide: 1. software insurance that includes periodic updates and manufacturer upgrades; 3. Software for reporting problems (bugs) related to the software, by telephone, via e -mail and/or web interface 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
