• Description:
• The object of the public procurement is "execution of construction" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1, b. "a" of the Public Procurement Act (PPA). The subject of the public procurement requires the assignment and execution of a major repair of an object, equated to the IVth construction category within the meaning of Art. 137, item 4, b. "e" of the Territorial Planning Law (ZUT) - a closed official shooting range in the SDVR building, Sofia, 5 "Exarch Antim I" Street, in compliance with the current legislation in the "construction" industry, The rules for the implementation and acceptance of the SMR, the approved "working" investment project. The upcoming construction should be carried out in accordance with the approved investment project (parts: "Architecture", "Structural", "HVAC"; "Electrical", "Fire safety'; 'Safety and Health Plan'; "Accounting documentation"). During the major renovation, investment control (by the Contracting Authority), copyright and construction supervision will be carried out. The public procurement is carried out in implementation of project BG65ISPR001- 3.001- 0007 "Improving the training of SDVR employees with police powers", activity 1: "Improving the shooting training of employees of the Metropolitan Directorate of Internal Affairs by renovating an official shooting range and conducting trainings".
