• Description:
• Currently, the roof coating of unit one is severely compromised and multiple leaks are observed. With this public procurement, the roof of the first block will be repaired to improve the living environment and the comfort of living. Will be done construction and repair works, which include dismantling, construction and assembly works in the Architecture and Electrical part. The building is massive with load-bearing walls and reinforced concrete floor structures consisting of three buildings with a total built-up area of ​​6867 sq.m. with identifier 67338.561.47.6. The building on which this order will be carried out falls into the third category in the sense of Ordinance No. 1 on the nomenclature for the types of constructions and ZUT. The deadline for the implementation of the construction and assembly works (SMR) is no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days and begins to run from the date of signing Protocol No. 2 for the opening of the construction site (Appendix No. 2 to Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 of Ordinance No. 3/31.07.2003, on drawing up acts and protocols during construction). Protocol No. 2 for the opening of the construction site shall be signed within 5 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
