- The subject of the public procurement is "Renovation of a telephone switchboard and telephone sets in 2 (two) separate positions", as follows: Specific position No. 1 with subject: "Renovation of a telephone exchange and renovation of telephone sets for the needs of the Agency for state financial inspection"; Separate position No. 2 with subject: "Renewal of telephone sets for the needs of the Administration of the Council of Ministers". *** The requirements for the implementation are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority to the relevant specific position. The subject of Special Item No. 1 includes: • Activity 1 "PBX Upgrade" - OpenScape 4000 simplex License or equivalent • Activity 2 "Renewal of telephone sets" - system (digital) telephone sets type 1 - 80 pieces; system (digital) telephone sets type 2 - 4 pieces; expansion modules for programmable buttons for telephone sets type 2 - 4 pieces *** The requirements for the implementation are described in detail in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority for the individual position - Appendix No. 1.1. *** Implementation deadlines: - The deadline for the implementation of the activities from the subject of the public procurement, incl. supply of equipment/modules/licenses, assembly, installation, configuration and the migration of the existing system to the new one version is up to 40 (forty) calendar days from the entry into force of the contract, but no later than 10.06.2026. - The warranty technical support period is a minimum of 12 (twelve) months for the renewed telephone...
