Description:
The construction of the site "Repair and Restoration of St. Dimitar Church with Location UPI № I-151, sq. 35 according to the plan of the village
development plan (PUP) and is in accordance with the rules and regulations for the arrangement of individual types territories and
development zones.
The church is in an extremely severe constructive state and is in an emergency state as it needs
urgently from constructive intervention.
The construction is currently in an unstable state, the main and supporting elements are damaged, completely depreciated or need Repair and restoration.
Its southwestern angle is totally destroyed. Its walls, the wooden intermediate floor structure with the staircase and the roof structure are also compromised. The roof structure needs repair. Multiple structural cracks have been established On the walls.
