Description:
OP1 Repair of facades: Dismantling of the existing cladding, water pipes and external units of air conditioners. Installation of new thermal insulation EPS-F 8 cm on facades, incl. wrapping around doors and windows with extruded polystyrene XPS 2 cm.; XPS 5 cm on eaves, fire-insulating strips of stone wool and XPS 8 cm on plinth. Installation of drainage pipes; lighting fixtures, air conditioners; granite 2 cm on the stairs;
OP2 Replacement of window frames: dismantling of the existing windows and doors and installation of new ones.
OP3 Roof repair: includes dismantling, removal, loading and transportation to a waste dump of sheet metal cladding along the sides, gutterand and gutter pipes, old hydro and thermal insulation and OSB. Installation of a new plywood base on a board for new sheet metal cladding, a new seated gutter and a trough of galvanized sheet metal; funnel with leaf catcher; emergency barbican/spill f50, two layers of thermal insulation cotton wool, FPO waterproofing membrane 1.8 mm; drainpipes f120 and steam regulating layer. Making sheet metal cladding on boards.
