• Description:
• The public order has the subject: "Repair of a damaged traction transformer EMRU 10500/110" and includes:
  1. Repair activities carried out at the contractor's base:
  - Carrying out full diagnostics to assess the condition of the transformer;
  -Repair of the boiler of the traction transformer;
  -Inspection and repair, via rewelding of boiler welds;
  -External and internal cleaning of the cauldron, by sandblasting and subsequent treatment of the cleaned surfaces;
  - Applying a new anti-corrosion coating;
  - Repair of the active part, by restoring the insulation parameters of the solid insulation (paper of the magnetic wire) by additional varnishing or by another technological method. Drying of the active part in a vacuum dryer until reaching the necessary technological parameters;
  - Tightening of coils before and after drying the active part;
  -Transformer resealing - replacement of seals of already dismantled parts;
  -Delivery, processing to the parameters for the voltage class of the transformer and filling the transformer with fresh transformer oil - 14,000 kg;
  -Inspection and revision of:
  Conclusions HV - electric measurements, visual control, drying of insulation;
  LV terminals - electrical measurements, visual control, insulation drying;
  Signaling and protective equipment - relays, thermometers, valves, level indicators;
  Stop valve;
  Cooling system - flushing of the cooling bodies to remove mechanical impurities as a result of the event and exposure to atmospheric conditions;
