- Replacement of high-voltage inputs of autotransformers 1AT and 3AT.
The public order covers the implementation of the following main activities on autotransformers 1AT and 3AT:
supply of new high-voltage transformer inputs for 110kV and 220kV;
supply of specialized tools and spare parts for a ten-year period of operation of the high-voltage inputs, according to the requirements of the manufacturing plant;
delivery of all necessary additional materials to carry out the replacement;
oil analysis before, during and after replacement of inputs;
electrical measurements of autotransformers before, during and after input replacement;
electrical measurements of the new inputs before and after their replacement;
draining the oil from the autotransformers with subsequent dismantling of fire extinguishing, pumps, fans, inputs, etc.
maintenance (TO) of active part, step regulator and elements from the technological systems of the autotransformer pumps, fans, gas relays, pressure gauges, oil expansion vessel, etc.;
removal of existing oil leaks from the boiler and cooling system of the autotransformers;
installation of the new inputs on the 220kV and 110kV side of autotransformers 1AT and 3AT;
bringing the autotransformers to an oil-free working condition - supply of all oil seals and replacement of defective oil seals of the coolers and safety valves (delivered and not replaced remain in reserve), replacement of all seals;
