• Description:
• The object of the public procurement is "execution of construction related to activities under Appendix No. 1 to the Public Procurement Act" in the sense of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1, b. "a" from the zoning ordinance and has as its subject the replacement of roof covering and the restoration of facades of an administrative building and a warehouse of the "Cave" HPP, according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority. The subject of the order is not divided into separate items. The current contract provides for the following basic construction and installation works (SMR) to be carried out at the Peshtera HPP: Administrative building: - dismantling of the existing roof, removal of the waste to the places regulated for the purpose and construction of a new roof; - implementation of thermal insulation on the facades of the building. Warehouse building: - dismantling of the existing roof waterproofing, removal of the waste to the places regulated for the purpose and making a new bitumen waterproofing of the roof; - restoration and rehabilitation of facades.
