Rescue archaeological studies of 6 (six) sites, in connection with the realization of a site "Transported gas pipeline from Piperevo to Pernik" to the project "Increasing the capacity for natural gas transmission at the Kulata/Sidirokastro interconnection point in the direction from Greece to Bulgaria"
The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following activities:
1. Obtaining a Permit to perform of field studies in connection with Art. 148, para. 2 of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
2. Carrying out preliminary archaeological surveys of 1 (one) site, according to the Civil Code and Section III of Chapter Two of Ordinance No. H-00-0001;
3. Carrying out comprehensive archaeological surveys of 5 (five) sites, according to the Civil Code and Section III of Chapter Two of Ordinance No. H-00-0001;
4. Preparation of field documentation for the archaeological research and its transmission in accordance with Chapter Four of Ordinance No. H-00-0001 (according to Art. 23, Para. 2 and Art. 25 of Ordinance No. H-00-0001);
5. Field acceptance activities archaeological survey or its completed stage in connection with art. 158a of the Civil Code and according to the conditions of chapter four "a" of Ordinance No. H-00-0001. Pursuant to Art. 3, para. 1, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the object of the public procurement is the provision of services.
