- The order includes research, proposal of basic functionalities and development of a software product of the type of web-based system for tracking the realization of graduated students, necessarily including the minimum functions described in the Technical Specification of the participation documentationrequirements. The software product must be implemented on the basis of the Contractor's proposal approved by the Contracting Authority after a thorough study of similar existing systems. It is necessary for the study to include the possibility of extracting public data - e.g. from the Rating System ofthe higher schools in Bulgaria, from the National Institute of Higher Education, etc., to be imported into the database of the software product. All delivered components of the software product must be fully compatible with each other. All delivered components of the software product must function as a complete system, anot as standalone products. The software product must be developed as a web site.
