- The subject of this public procurement is the selection of a construction contractor for "restoration of the design parameters of the quay walls according to terminals and Perses, port terminal Varna-East".
Recovery activities cover the following types of work:
Restore vertical concrete surfaces over water.
Sequence of performance of recovery works:
• Blowing the disturbed surface to a healthy concrete, disclosure of the length of reinforcement sufficient to flow with the new reinforcement and removal of waste.
• Cleaning the surfaces with hydrobster - pressure 15 MPa.
• mounting of anchors (dowels), 5 pieces/m2, with a diameter of 12 mm, of steel B500 (BDS 9252), depth of anchor 15 cm. Their conjunction is carried out with an epoxy composition intended for anchor anchor. Anchor holes diameter - 14 mm, depth - 16 cm.
• Cleaning the surfaces with a pressure water Set under pressure 0.4 / 0.6 MPa-it is made no earlier than 6 hours after installation of the anchors.
When installing, guarantee a concrete coating of at least 5 cm. The new reinforcement consists of basic and additional, class B500 steel (BDS 9252). The main reinforcement is performed from N12/10x10 cm networks.
The formwork construction must allow its gradual upgrade in the process of concreting in order to perform the concrete works better.
