- The main activities provided for in the scope of this public procurement are:
Geology; the road, Shanage and rearrangement; for waste management; on Iron Road, Stir of Ballast Prism, Repair of Rail Facilities, Laying Road, Balasting and Levels) can start only after:
for opening of a construction site and for determining the construction line and level (Annex 2a) of Ordinance No. 3 of 31.07.2003 on the drafting of acts and protocols during construction;
and restoration of the effects of the sites of the railway infrastructure managed by the NRIC, in the case of reconstructions, modernization, renews, rehabilitation and repairs "in force from 30.01.2013 according to Order No. 190 of 30.01.2013 of the Director -General of DP NRCI.
