- The subject of this order is: "Road restoration and construction activities at sites of "Toplofikatsia Sofia" EAD".
The implementation of the restoration works and construction activities should be carried out according to the technical conditions described in detail in the Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 ofthe public procurement documentation.
The object of this public procurement is "construction" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 1 of the PPA.
The estimated volume for the execution of the order is about 60,000 m2 (sixty thousand square meters) for asphalt pavements with included construction activities and about 10000 m2 (ten thousand square meters) for paving and other surfaces including construction activities. The contracting authority is not bound by the estimated quantities for the execution of the order. The actual road rehabilitation and construction activities are determined by the current needs of the Employer.
