Description:
The subject of this order is "Choosing a supplier of active net electricity and coordinator of a balancing group for low voltage for the needs of RHIF - Dobrich".
1. Delivery of electricity must be in accordance with the current normative documents: Energy Act (EA), the rules for trade in electricity (Ptee) and rules for measuring the amount of electricity (PIKE).
Ptee is applied to the planning and negotiation of specific amounts of net active electricity.
2. The execution of the subject of the order includes Performing the following main activities:
Delivery of the required quantities of net active electricity of low voltage referred to in item 2.4 of the technical requirements and specifications, Annex No 1 to this documentation, with possible deviations in positive or negative direction. The estimated amount of 85 MWh electricity for one year does not oblige the contracting authority to use it. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the amount consumed depending on the need, as the contractor undertakes to deliver the required quantity Electricity per day, for a month and for the whole delivery period.
Preparation of all necessary documents for the registration of the objects of the contracting authority of the free market for electricity and perform the full procedure for their registration.
