TITLE: Selection of a supplier of active net electricity and a low voltage balancing group for the needs of RHIF - Kyustendil

Description: The execution of the subject matter includes the following main activities:
1. Preparation of all necessary documents for registration of the contracting entity on the free electricity market and carrying out the full procedure for their registration.
2. Inclusion of the Contracting Authority as an indirect member of the Contractor's balancing group in accordance with the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE) without the Contracting Authority to pay a registration and participation fee.
3. Energy monitoring, forecasting the electricity consumption of the contracting authority and the preparation of hourly consumption schedules. Notification of the hourly schedules in the ESO MMS as well as all the necessary activities related to the participation of the contracting authority of the free electricity market according to PTEE, SEA and PICKEE.
